I've seen some posted but not available. (Rachael Ray Mags) Can I post the issues that I have?  Where on earth is the ISBN #?

No, magazines are not allowed on PBS. The ISBNs are in the system because the listings come from outside sources and they can't restrict certain items, but magazines are in the list of items that cannot be posted to PBS. You can offer them for free with an order in the Book Bazaar, but you cannot ask a credit for them.

Also magazines cannot be sent via media mail. So if you offer them as freebies with an order be prepared to increase your postage costs to 1st class. It could get expensive if you are sending multiple books to someone and add a magazine.
