I have a book I am trying to post to a friends wish list, it is the same ISBN and everytime I post it to her list it shows up on my book shelf.  What am I doing wrong?????  I do have my shelf on hold. Will that have anything to do with posting to her????

Both you and the person you are posting to must be active.  Having your account on hold will just post the book to your bookshelf.

You cannot post a Wish List book to someone while your shelf is on hold. It you post a book to someone while on Vacation Hold, when you remove the Hold it will be offered to the FIFO line. You want to remove the Hold, post the book, then put your shelf back on VHold

make sure you delete the book before  you unhold. It'll go to FIFO even if it said "you are posting this book to x person". I learned this the hardway.  YOu have to unhold first and then post teh book to their WL. They can't be on hold either.  The autorequest will only work on an account on vacation  if they're #1.  Learned that one the hard way as well.
