Is there any special way to list a textbook?----as opposed to non-textbooks. I ask because I have a textbook with two lines highlighted on one page only thus I want to be clear that it is indeed a textbook.

There is no special way you need to list it, only that once someone requests it you must accept the request, choosing the latest mailing date possible, and then PM the requestor to let them know of the highlighting and be sure to get their approval before sending the book.  I usually say something like "Since this is a textbook it does have a couple of lines of highlighted, though still a perfectly usable book.  If you would still like the book I need you to confirm that with me by xxx date, so I can mail it out to you, otherwise I will have to cancel the request and will not be able to send the book to you."

No, just post it like a regular book.  When it is requested, you are required to send the requestor a PM about the issues under the textbook rule.  You need the requestor's permission to send it, but it's likely that it won't be a problem for them.  Give them a time limit to respond.  Search "textbook" in the help center for more details on the textbook rule.

Also, add a note (versus a tag) to the book to remind yourself to send the PM, when the book gets requested.
