I've hung onto this book long enough -- now it's time for someone else to benefit from this excellent helpful book.

It helped me a LOT during my 2nd & 3rd deliveries...I wish I'd had it for the 1st one. A great guide to awareness, signs to look for and things to do in the event you find yourself struggling with a case of the baby blues or more severe postpartum depression.

One of the best books & tools I've ever had.
