Read this book along with Bridges' "The Pursuit of Holiness". "The Practice of Godliness" also has a study guide that you can purchase separately that includes questions to help you dig deeper as you become refined in your walk with Christ Jesus, the One and Only Savior or want to know more about a relationship with Him.

I don't know if he's still alive or not, but I knew a missionary to South Africa that said this author was still traveling around and speaking as an elderly man.
