This book was part of a "gift bag" donated by the Lyons Club for every family with a baby in the NICU at our hospital. We found it very helpful in several aspects, not the least of which was reassuring us that the emotional rollercoaster we were on happens to every parent of a preemie. Our son spent 13 days in the NICU, but this book was invaluable even after we brought him home, which in a way, is scarier in a different way than when they are in the NICU.

This book was SO helpful! I reccomend it to anyone that finds themself facing the ups and downs of spending time in the NICU. Our son spent 74 days in the NICU...aside from the doctors, this was our "go-to" guide.
