Any suggestions of good pregnancy books?  Also suggestions of feel-good novels for expectant mothers/new mothers?

I thought "Shopaholic and Baby" by Sopie Kinsella was a hilarious novel relating to pregnancy and new baby.

As for great pregnancy books, I loved "Having a Baby, Naturally" by Peggy O'Mara, "The Pregnancy Book" by Dr William Sears, and "The Thing Woman's Guide to a Better Birth" by Henci Goer.  For when baby is born, my #1 resource for developmental milestones and medical stuff is "The Baby Book" by Sears & Sears and for nursing, "The Nursing Mother's Companion"
