I got a book in the mail today wrqapped with press and seal wrap. It left behind a sticky residue and I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove it from the book.

Try goo gone, you can find it in the household cleaner aisle.  Too bad about your book - PBS makes it very clear not to  use press and seal!

Disinfectiong wipes work very well. Just be carefull that the wipe isn't too wet.

I've used a baby wipe that's not too wet. Those thing will get almost anything off!  The PBS rules are pretty specific about not using Press n Seal. Y ou may want to send a gentle PM to the sender so they'll know the next time not to use it.

I sent the member a pm and explained that she is not supposed to use it. I think she is relatively new based on when books were posted since she has no profile. I have not tried any of the recommendations yet, but thanks for all the suggestions. I hope one of them works.
