This seems to be a directory of Parisian prostitues in Victorian times. Interesting, although I wouldn't call it erotic. No plot.

This book is actually titled The Pretty Women of Paris.

Classic erotica.

I haven't read it but I thought that info might be helpful. Hope this is helpful info.

Not erotica, but a "little black book" of Parisian playthings. A revelation to me was the inclusion of Christine Nilsson, Swedish soprano who was in the first performance ever at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, singing Marguerite in Faust. Who knew she had other talents??? The entry for her is not flattering, however. The whole book is bitchy & gossipy - very amusing read in short doses.
