I liked this book not only the helpful information but the way it is organized. There is a table of contents that lists all the foods and the page number and you can look up the health benefits of the vegetables. Then there is another one that has all the condtions/ health problems listed you can find what foods are helpful for that condition.
It also gives lots of information on each food and how to prepare, store and the best way to eat them.
