I just tried to print postage and finally read the message that says it is disabled until tomorrow due to the rate increase.  Darn!  This is a book that I've been waiting on an answer from a pm before I was sure that the requestor wanted it.  Now, I'll have to print and wrap it tomorrow before work!!!  Guess I'll deal with it.

OK, I hope that's what the trouble is that I've been having, too.  It's been telling me that printable postage is not available for this address.
