I have just printed off 4 wrappers and I noticed that the 'Print Wrapper" button is not grayed out turning green.  This happened last week and I received an email from PBS asking me to print the wrapper for a book I already wrapped... that's when I noticed that book's button had not been grayed out turning green, either.

Anyone else with same problem?  Not that big of a deal, but how do I fix it?

It isn't supposed to. This is in case you need to print the wrapper out a second time.

The Print Wrapper button will turn green after you've printed a wrapper, and the Book Has Been Mailed button will be activated. If you don't see green on the Print Wrapper button, then you must have printed another wrapper more than once.

I had this happen last night and assumed it was just a glitch.  First the button went green, as it's supposed to, then when I came back to the site, the button was gray again.  I was looking at the wrapper in my hand, so it wasn't a matter of my having made a mistake.  I just restarted the browser and everything was fine when I came back, so you might try that or try clearing your cache to see if that takes care of the problem.

I think we are having a terminology problem here. To website developers "grayed out" means "it's disabled, doesn't work". So if you've printed a wrapper, no buttons at all should be grayed out. Everything should be active. I think you're using "grayed out" to mean something else.

The PRINT WRAPPER button NEVER grays out. It starts out black, and then once you've printed it turns green, and the MARK MAILED button becomes black.

You're absolutely right.  I just went with the OP's graying out, assuming she meant that it wasn't turning green to show that the wrapper had been printed.  I should have used the correct terminology when I posted my original response.

Thank you to everyone and sorry for my mis-terminology!
