My printer has quit so how can I get the person's name and address to send this book?Thanks

You can hand-write a label. Just click the "print wrapper" button to access and copy the address.

You download the label as usual.  This will give you the name, address, and the request number (for PBS, just in case).  You can handwrite the label, but you MUST download the PDF to trigger the system to record that you printed it.

If you're handwriting the address, you don't have to open the PDF, just scroll down a little past the big Print Wrapper Now button and look for a small line of text that says "If you need to hand write the address, [click here] ." The address will open in a normal browser window. You can get the same info off the PDF, but it's just a little bit faster to get it this way.

What Cathy said. No need to download the PDF, but you do need to start by "printing" the label.

I never write down the request number, btw, though I do handwrite all my addresses
