Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to change the mailing date on the printable postage. I normally print the address on the same day I receive the request however, hubby mails early the next morning on his way to work. If not it sure would be nice to add this feature in the near future…hint, hint!

Thanks,

-Trish

Robert posted somewhere that you have 72 hours after printing the postage to mail it. If you print today's date and your DH drops the books in a blue box tomorrow morning before the first pickup, you're fine.

Thanks Cathy. I thought I checked the newsletter and the FAQ but must have missed that section.

I mailed books during the beta test on two different Saturdays. Both times I dropped them in the blue boxes after the last collection. So the first batch went out on a Monday; and the second batch went out on the Tuesday after Labor Day.

I figured if they were returned to me, I'd just point out that I dropped them off on the date printed on the label, and it's not my fault they didn't pick them up until days later. Never had to have that conversation though. Everything except the one that's going to Alaska has been delivered, and that one's been scanned in Seattle.
