Trying to print a label to send a book to a member, I always use dc. this time it is telling me I can't. She does have a P.O. Box. is this the reason???

No, it's not just because she has a PO Box.

Either the PBS postage provider is doing maintenance and it will work if you try again in an hour or two; or there is some other problem with the address. Does it have a full 9-digit zip code? If you put in the address at www.usps.com does it come back in exactly the same format as what you see if you print a label without postage?

I had that happen last week on a book.  It just wouldn't let me do a DC on it, no matter how often I tried.  Finally gave up, so don't know what the problem was.  It was a standard PBS address from the label.  I didn't do anything differently than I usually do.  The book got there fine though.  Good luck.  Pat

All labels are telling me the same thing now.  I will wait a little while and try again.  I mail on Monday morning so I will have to print them out in the next few hours.  Sure hope it gets fixed or PBS is going to lose some money.

The USPS website that verifies addresses was down today.
