I was wanting to print out a list of my WL books, but when I click on "Print," it won't pull up the entire list. Anything that is on hold doesn't show up.

Is there a way to print out everything without having to unhold the other books??

Good question...I used to print my WL out every few months but haven't done so since I started holding a lot of my books so wasn't aware that the entire list doesn't print. Will be interested if anyone else can answer this.

I just assumed it would print out the entire list.  I had never even thought about printing it out before, but I plan to run by the book store this weekend & thought I might check to see if they have at least a few of my books, but I want the entire list & not just the active ones!

Good point.  My WL books on hold don't print, either.  Nor are they included when you export to Excel (that was going to be my suggestion; good thing I checked it out first!)  If you're on vacation hold, it will print your WL, but not ones that are on individual hold.  (I just tried it).

As a last resort, I suppose you could always put your account on vacation hold, unhold the WL books, print the list, put the WL books back on hold, and go off vacation hold.  But that just sounds like a lot of work.

haha, yeah, that does seem like some work!! I even thought about just writing down the books on hold.   I just thought if I could do it an easier way than that, then I would ask first!

It's not a lot of books on hold by any means, but just thought it would be quicker to see if there was a way.  I attempted to try changing my list to only showing me my books on hold, then trying to print it, but that didn't work either. cool

Anyway, thanks for the replies so far!  I just thought maybe I was having one of those moments where the answer was right in front of my face but I just wasn't seeing it.

Try exporting the list into an excel spreadsheet.  It's the button next to the print button.  Then you can print it.

I tried that too, but it still didn't print the entire list.  Maybe there isn't a way to do it. devil

I wonder if you could print it by screen?

I just copied & pasted the ones that were on hold.... but yes, printing the screen shot would have probably worked too!

Print each page by their page numbers.  Example print page1,  then go to page 2, print, then go to page 3, print, etc.
