I am trying to print labels and I am getting a blank box with a small x in the top left corner.  This hasn't happened to me before.

I did do a disk cleanup the other day.  Did that clear out some setting that it shouldn't have?  HELP!

Try logging out of PBS, closing your browser and all other programs, restarting your computer, come back and try it again.

If that doesn't help, try using the back up label (button below the regular print button-says CLICK HERE)

Reinstalling Adobe Acrobat may be a solution, if not, you will need to send in feedback using the CONTACT US link in the Help Center, in the grey bar above.

Your disk  cleanup has no bearing on this, it is either an Acrobat or browser issue, possibly an Internet connection issue, but should be a problem on other sites, if that were the problem. Good luck!

Thanks Sherry.  I will give that a try.

If you're getting a red x inside the PDF, then that's most likely a problem on the PBS server and you'll need to send in feedback to get help. It sounds like the image that the program is trying to insert into the PDF did not get created on the server side. When a PDF comes to you it has all the text and images included in one file, unlike a web page where your browser goes and downloads each image separately.
