Topic: printing postage for a non posted book?

Ou can print label and DC, I do not see where you can print postage>

I don't think you are able to use PBS postage to mail a book outside of PBS transactions.  I can't remember, though, if adding it to the Custom DC option is being considered or planned.

You can pick another book off  your shelf or add something like a John Grisham book to your shelf and hit the "Mail to a Friend" button. You can then do postage. It will show up on your account page as a book to you. When the person receives it, you can then mark it as received. No credits are involved. That's the way we do it in the swap games. You just want to use a book that no one else will pick before you do the postage....hence something like a Grisham book to be used as a substitute for the real book being sent.
