I've deleted some old images from my signature line and have been trying to add new images in the Forum Settings.  I click on Upload Image "browse", click on the image I want and that's about as far as it goes.  No new image shows up in my signature line.  All images are below the allowed size of 20kb, so what am I doing wrong.  Anyone else having this problem?

You are correct that the max file size is 20kb but It could be your file Dimensions or file type that are too big.

The max dimensions are 75px x 550 px

The only file types that will work are gif, jpeg and png files.

For example- if you have a jpeg file that's only 5kb but is 80px x100px- it won't upload. The height is over the 75pm max allowed.

I hope that this helps you!

Margaret:  Keeping your comments in mind, I just tried to download one of the old images I'd deleted since I knew it worked before, but it's still a no go??
