I just received my 2nd book that has a giant bend in it. Kind of like the whole book got slammed in a door. Not that I think that's what happened but I can't think of a better explantion right now. The first one I let go and donated the book when I was done with it. But I just received another. I am not comfortable reposting this book. Is this just my issue or is this unpostable? Thanks!

Having a giant bend doesn't make a book unpostable unless it is causing issues for the pages to become loose.  Is it possible that the PO is trying to fold them to get them to fit in your mailbox?  I had this occur a few times w/ my old PO before I went to the postmaster and made sure they don't try to forcefully fold things to make them fit.

Well, there is no rule against having bent pages. Unless you think it makes the book in bad condition.

When I have a "gray area" book, I usually post it if I think it will be ordered fairly soon (WL book, or maybe only a handful of copies available). If it's a book with 500 copies in the system, I usually get rid of it some other way.

I've seen books like that on discount shelves at places like Walmart or Blockbuster--- makes me think they got slammed in car doors!

Thanks for the information! I went ahead and marked it received in good condition. I don't know if I'll post it.
