Does anyone know how many times a person gets a negative before something is done? I have sent a book out and on the same day realized it was the wrong one. So I instantly PM'd the person and said - you will be getting "x" book by mistake, please send it back and I will refund the postage. I am sending out "y" today. Then, when they received "x" book they marked they received it but with a problem because it was the wrong book!!! That's why I went through the whole process of PM'ing them! I just get nervous that too many unnecessary things like that will make me look really bad! Thanks!

well that is strange, maybe they forgot?  they should have waited until they received the correct book since you said it was coming and you realized your mistake.

Don't worry about it.  Once you correct the problem you can ask the recipient to go his/her transaction archive and mark the problem as resolved.  A mistake here or there is not going to get you booted from the site.

A second one was marked with a problem because it was an ex-library book and they weren't sure if those were allowed, which I have now found out are allowed if they meet conditions. I sent a PM stating this and haven't heard anything back but again, the nerves pop up.

I don't believe there is a set number, like 3 strikes and you're out!  I think they just look at the trends in someone's account.  If there is a high percentage of problem transactions, they'll address it.  The fact that you are this concerned about the issue tells me that you are a good swapper and one that is unlikely to come to their attention, even with a couple of "problems" on your account.  No worries.

I think you also receive a RWP email when someone has a problem with your shipment. Do you get notified if the problem has been resolved??? Or is that off is a black void?

Holly - they have just implemented buttons on RWP transactions to mark it as resolved or not. Once a transaction is resolved to their satisfaction, the receiver should be marking it as such and I believe the sender gets notice on it when it happens.

They should also have a record of the fact that you PM'd the person about the wrong book being sent and took action to correct the situation.  Also they will see the complaint about the ex-library book and know that it wasn't a ligitimate complain. Ex-library books are allowed and they can tell if the person had a no ex-library books condition or not at the time of the request.
