Has anyone else started having a problem recently using Firefox and PBS?  That's generally the only browser I use and yesterday all of a sudden I kept getting error messages as soon as I tried to open PBS.  This happened if I tried logging in directly or clicking a link from an email to get to a certain page like the bookboxes.  This is a portion of the error msg.

Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.

I know it's not just my computer because I tried using different computers and got the same result.  Any ideas?  I really don't care for Explorer and don't want to have to use 2 browsers if I can help it.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Pam

I'm using Firefox and don't have that problem.  Do you have the newest version of Firefox?

Yeah, I'm using Mozilla as well without any problems. A while ago, I used to have issues with it screwing up on Yahoo mail. But it stopped after a while.

I've had no problems on PBS but I have seen that error before.  I can't log onto one of the book of the month club sites because of that, but I have no idea what it means or how to fix it.

I'm on FF 3.0.1 and I sometimes get a weird script error (on the forums only) but it's easy to bypass and otherwise everything works great.

Oh, I forgot. I was told a trick for it. *duh erin* Go to tools, clear private data. I've had the logging in issues before. It works like a charm.
