i have 4 requests to answer but my account is only showing 1 and there is no option to accept it and i have 3 en route to me and have received 2 and would like to mark them but my enroute tab wont show any of them help

I think you somehow got glitched - I think you need to contact the powers that be.

Under your My Account page there should be a row of Tabs.  Each tab will show the books in different stages.  It sounds like you might be viewing only the first tab. 

Here are my tabs.  Each is made to look like a paper folder.  On my browser the open one shows as yellow, the closed as gray.  Select a different tab with your mouse.  That should give you access to the other orders.

  • Books to Mail (1)
  • Books I've Requested (2)
  • En Route to Me (8)
  • Books I've Mailed (5)
  • Books Sent to Friends (1)
 
 
To get to your My Account page, Pull down the My Account menu to Main.

I am not entirely sure I understand your question, but perhaps you had 4 requests and then 3 of them were cancelled? Look at your transaction archive (right underneath the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of your account page...) and see if that tells a tale. I don't understand why the books enroute to you do not reflect the books you received, unless the person sending them to you did not mark them mailed? Again, perhaps you can see what happened in your transaction archive?

There was some funky formatting this morning as PBS changed something.  Sometimes restarting your browser will help.  Sometimes we just have to wait until the programmers finish.

There have been several reports of glitch-y occurances running around this morning.  If you're sure that your transactions weren't cancelled and restarting  your browser/clearing your cache does not help, then it might just be a tempory thing.
