I contacted one of the online help people who say that nobody else is having the problem, so it must be my computer.  On two different computers AND my Kindle Fire, when I open up the "details" popup to find out the progress for a book that is enroute to me, the popup box isn't there, but the writing is, which overlaps what is already on the current page, making it unreadable.  I've also seen this happen on a few of the other pages of the PBS website.

Is anyone else experiencing anything similar? I don't see how it could just be me since three different web browsers on three different devices are all coming up with this problem.

It is NOT your computer.  Just missing the pop up borders on the order detail page I just visted.

Yes, when I open the details window of my "enroute" tab.  The pop-up window is transparent, no border or background just text overlaid on the page.

I haven't tried looking at any of my transaction details like tracking. But I have been having this problem with book lists for days now. When I go to a book page and hit the book lists option-I see the text with my lists and the buttons but it's all mixed in with the book details page. Doesn't matter which computer or browser that I use.

The problem with the double-vision writing has been solved.  That was quick!  I checked my book lists (which I hadn't looked at before.)  They look fine.  Maybe it was the same issue, Mary.
