OK no matter how I adjust it- it never printes like the page preview shows.  Either it prints gigantic and part of it is cut off or it prints super small. I've tried adjusting margins and the size percentage-nothing works. Anyone else have this problem?  This happens on Firefox.  When I switch to IE just to print-it just opens a Firefox window once I click to print the label.

I have adobe acrobat, so I have created it as a pdf and then I print it out...which I am sure is not any help to you!

Have you tried changing printer drivers?  PS, 5 or 6 PCL.   Try installing a universal driver for the printer (usually found at the manufacturer website).

I think you can download PDF creator (free) and create a PDF that way!

Mary when using Firefox as my browser, my custom DC labels also print very small.  I have done all sorts of adjustments trying to get it to print larger and nothing works.  I asked one of the postal clerks about the size and she assured me that the size of the label was just fine and so I have not worried about it since.  The packages get to where they need to be and that is all that I really care about.

I printed one 10 minutes ago on IE and it seemed normal size to me.

I printed two labels tonight using Firefox, and they printed just fine for me.

Well I took the 2 super tiny ones that I printed out yesterday to the Post office. They were readable but wouldn't scan.  She had to type the #'s into the computer to get the DC registered and the .19 applied.

I have tried on IE before but when it opens the window to bring me the print screen it opens it in Firefox. I don't know how to get it to make IE the primary internet option.  I also don't know if I want to do that. When the made the major changes to the editing boxes it made it so I can't read half the posts on IE. They look find on Firefox but on IE they are unreadable.  What looks like colored slightly fancy printing on Firefox looks like super, super tiny cursive on IE to me and I just can't read it.

Maybe I'll just go back to doing the dummy book/mail to a friend thing when I have game books to mail.

Mary if you do want to make IE the primary go to IE /tools/internet options/programs and in the middle of the screen - click on make default.

Like I said - I just use pdf creator that is free and save it as a PDF - then it is fine.  Just my 2 cents.
