Is anyone else having problems searching their WL.  Since the new features were added to the list I have not been able to search my wishlist for individual books.  I used to just type the title or author into the search box for books that I had purchased or won in games to remove them from my WL.  Now I have to page through all 4 pages of my WL (it's currently maxed out) to find the book(s) I'm looking for.  Is this a glitch in the system, a problem with my computer or am I doing something wrong?  It's a major pain to have to page through each entry alphabetically to find the right book.

I have sent in Feedback to the Team to let them know after checking with a few other members who werent able to Search their WLs either. I will let post here when I hear back.

Mine isn't working neither. I am using Firefox, maybe it is a browser problem?

It works for me. I have noticed that you can't type and then just hit enter. You actually have to click on search. If you just hit enter, it goes to the next page of the wish list.

I just tried again, I can search by Author now, but not Keyword. They must be working on it.

I wonder why some work and some don't? Doesn't seem to be dependent on the browser. I use both IE and Safari -- and it works on both for me.

And yes, I noticed exactly what Colleen said. You have to actually click the button. You can't just hit enter. Could that be maybe what some of you guys are doing? That catches me frequently because I'm one who is in the habit of just hitting enter and rarely using the radio buttons to get somewhere.

That could be an answer to some issues maybe but regardless of whether you put in keywords or author, it defaults to the list if you hit enter so that wouldn't take into account for it working one way and not another.

I use IE and have tried searching by author, title, keyword, and even ISBN.  I tried both hitting enter and clicking the search button.  Every time I get the "Sorry there are no matches" message.  I'll keep trying, maybe they are working on it.  Anxious to see what response Cheryl gets from the team.  That was going to be my next step if I couldn't get any answers here.

I can't get mine to work either and I've tried the various methods same as Heather.  I wonder if there is a glitch with having some books on hold?

I'm not sure that's it either as I don't have any books on hold.  Hopefully someone figures it out :)

Tried again today ... still not working.

I am IE 7, and I am clicking on the search button after I enter something I can plainly see is on my Wish List.

I have a Rex Stout book on my WL. I typed in Stout and clicked the button and got this message:

Your search did not return any results. Please check your search and resubmit it.

I typed in Rex Stout and got the same message. I typed in Nero Wolfe (main character) and got the same message. I copied and pasted the ISBN 13 and got the same message. The book is not on hold.

So all that to say, mine is still not working. I havent heard back from the Team, I imagine the programmer will let me and or us know when they can.

I heard back from the Team today.  The email to me is copied below. Mine is still not working. Hopefully they will have it fixed soon.

Dear Cheryl,

Yes, we're having trouble with this search - we're working on a fix.

Have a great day!

I never really use the search on my WL. But I noticed it never seems to work right on my TBR pile. Just today I searched the word Death for a mystery swap and it didn't bring up a book that had the word Death in the title.

Still not working here either :/  Glad to know they are working on it.  I'll keep trying and being patient.  Thanks Cheryl for contacting the team and letting us know what they said.  Thanks also to everyone else for trying to help and offering support!  Nice to know it just wasn't my usually computer illiterate self messing things up LOL
