Am I being dense?  Trying to add/change my little pics on my forum signature.

I have a picture in "my pictures" on my computer. Going to settings on my pbs account. Clicking browse and then clicking the pic I want from "my pictures".  Then there is no button right there to click.  Down lower there is a "update profile settings" button.  I've tried that but it doesnt add the picture.

Does anyone see what I'm doing wrong?

That is the correct procedure. The only thing I can think of is that the pic is too big. I just experimented with mine and had to resize the photo on Photo Bucket to get it to take.

Is there only the one button that says "update profile settings"?

Yes, at the bottom of that White Square, right under the Text Box.

The pics will show immediately, as soon as you click the button.

Make sure the pic is only 20kb. Right click on the pic in your file and click on Properties. That is where you can see how big your pic is.

I think the 20kb is the problem - mine were bigger. Thanks I will give it another try.

I have never been able to add my own pictures to my signature.  Even when they fit all the perameters for size.  They just will not show up. But pictures I download from the internet show right up usually with no adjustments having to made.

At the bottom of Mannythepoolshark's notebook is the best directions I have found on PBS.  Scroll down to the bottom entry.

Thanks to Chris (aka Manny) for being able to explain it so clearly.
