I don't read a lot of psychological thrillers, but I did just read Black Out by Lisa Unger.   It was very good.

My favorite psych thrillers are written by Barbara Vine, who is really Ruth Rendell in disguise. Her books are dark and disturbing looks at the human condition. Very interesting stuff.

Don't know if you'd call them psychological thrillers or not, but Allison Brennan writes some very disturbing (and interesting) books delving into the minds of her killers.  Pat
