Just wondering how to remove address and phone number from appearing in public profile?  I don't remember it being there before. Thanks for your help.

You're the only one who can see it unless you've made it public in your privacy controls (my account-->settings-->privacy controls). Log out and use the member directory to search for your screen name you'll see what everyone else sees.
