I used this book for many years for a writing activity with my special needs students. They would make seed packets and list the steps in planting and growing seeds on the back of the packet, using great transition words and phrases, after reading the steps in this book. Then of course their packets would magically become filled with roasted pumpkin seeds for the next day at school... sadly, I no longer have a language arts class, so I am offering up this book for swapping.
