I purchased a book from paperback market. I cant find the reciept to track it. It says it should be under my account but Im not seeing it. I havent recieved an email saying it was shipped. My cc was charged. I asked for help 30 min ago still no response. Does anyone know where to look?

On your My Account Page, there is a line of blue links  - at the far right is Receipts.  Once your book has been shipped, you'll be able to see the information there.

Please remember that Live help can not see into your account and while we try and get to questions in 15 minutes we are freely giving of our time and sometimes life at home calls us away for a moment so it might take longer. With it being a weekend and the Team being the ones that can see into your account I would not be expecting a responce till a business day, they are amazing but we all need time off too.

 

 I have noticed many people here saying it has taken 3 weeks to a month to get books to give you an idea of the wait time as it is shipped media mail. Remember that super saver books can take up to 10 business days before they ship, thats 2 weeks before they ship. Has it been two weeks? What ever the case is, the Team are the ones that can see your account, your order and hopefully help.

The customer service contact for the Market is market@paperbackswap.com

To look at your receipt go to your main My Account tab. In the yellow submenu on that tab Receipts is the last option. Click on that and find the receipt in the listing, click on the receipt and the shipping and tracking will be in there. The shipping with the Market does tend to be slower that PBS activity so if you've just requested it recently I wouldn't expect to find it shipped yet.
