I recently finished Julie Anne Long's, To Love A Thief and realized how much I adore a Pygmalion type story. Any suggestions?

Probably not quite what you are looking for, but an oldie but goodie is Marion Chesney's The Ghost and Lady Alice. Her books are more PG sex scene wise, but always entertaining.

I'm reading one now that sort of fits the theme.  Gilding the Lady by Nicole Byrd.

The Proposition by Judith Ivory. Overdoes it a bit, IMO.
