Hi,

I've read through the tutorials regarding adding pictures and as you can see they've helped quite a bit.  The only problem I can't figure out is why my gif files are not animated.  The kitty at the bottom of the post should be animated.  I see other members signatures and icons work so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

TIA for your help!

If you made any alterations, such as resizing and did not do it in an Animation graphics program, it will kill the animation. Animated graphics can only be editied in special programs to keep the animation.

Oh!  Yep, that's what I did.  I used Photoshop Elements.  I'll see if i can find a free animation software.  Thanks!

Can anyone recommend free software to resize animated GIFs?
