A member ordered 3 books from me, then PM'd me to say they were moving and could I mail them to their new address? I said, sure, so they PM'd me their new addy.

The new address didn't have zip+4 so I went to usps.com and typed in the new addy. Here's the problem: The zip code the P.O. gave me doesn't match the zip code the member gave me. And I can't get ahold of them presumably b/c they're moving.

What should I do?

Thanks! :)

I would say to use the one the PO gave you.  Maybe they live in a suburb.  Do you know if its in the general location of the othe zip?

I would write another PM, explaining what you've explained here and go ahead and mark the books mailed, letting her know you've done so, and then wait to hear from her regarding the correct zip.  I'd just set the books aside until you hear from her, unless you really need the credits..............

Everything matches except the zip, so I'll wait to hear from them before I mail them, but I'll mark them mailed.

Thanks for your help!

Sometimes the town name doesn't always match the zip.  Maybe try sending a postcard and see if it comes back?
