I have a BOB that was accepted and printed on 5/9. I mailed out the books the next day. I put DC on it because the trade was for 6 books. Mine shows it's been delivered. About a week ago I checked to see if it was marked mailed yet. Nope. I sent a pm and got no reponse. I sent another 1 two days ago and still got no response. I'm unsure of what to do. If it was 1 book, I'd let it go, but this was 6. So my question is, Is there anything I can do?

Is their account still active?  You should be able to click on their name and go to their bookshelf.  It'll tell you if the account is on hold or closed.  If that doesn't help-I'd PM them one more time that you're going to leave negative feedback for them if they don't respond by a certain date.  You can contact PBS but there's not much they can do other than maybe tell if the person is logging it to their account or not.  That's the downside of BOB is that w/no credits being involved-PBS can't really do anything as far as reimbursing you.  They can close down the person's account though if they're making bad trades or it looks inactive.

It could just be that they forgot to mark it mailed before going on vacation or something. That's why I suggested checking that first.  Media Mail can take more than a month sometimes. I mailed a big box of books to a friend over 2,000 miles away last week.  I sent them media mail and they got there in a week.  But a swap book that someone mailed to me (1 small book) from only a couple states away-took over a month to find me.

Kristy, here is what the HC says about not getting your box:

If you have agreed to a Box-O-Books swap and the other Boxer's books don't arrive (or if the swap is not marked mailed by a week after it was accepted), you should contact the other Boxer using the Personal Message button on the swap, to ask if the Box was mailed (or when it might be mailed).

If the other Boxer does not respond to your Personal Message within a week, you should contact us and we will look into the situation.

Since they have not marked mailed, if it has been a week with no PM reply, I would contact the PBS Team.

Thanks so much for the help ladies!! I wasn't sure what to do. I've only had this happen once before and it was only 1 book, so I just let it go.
