I came across someone posting about PBS with a link for referral a little while ago on craisglist and meant to ask about it. Is this ok to do or does it violate the rules? |

It is not a violation of the PaperBackSwap rules. It may or may not be a violation of Craigs List's rules. |

I will always be grateful to the person who posted the ad I ran across on craigslist about PBS. That's how I found this wonderful place. |

I've seen those in my area too. I don't see how it would be in violation of either site's rules. The links would generate traffic here, which is good. I guess it could be in violation of craigslist's rules if it's posted under the wrong heading, but there's lots of advertising that goes on there! |

Within the Community tab under "Spread the Word", there is a link for an email and nickname signature. You can have it as part of your email signature or on discussion boards and you will get a credit if a person clicks on that and joins. Kathy |

And you can put it on your personal emails, too. Ruth |

Hi, I list on Craigslist quite often for PBS. I have had my listing deleted once but that is all. I have tried searching to see if it is against rules at all but haven't seen anything. I am grateful to the person who listed on Craigslist that got me started on here:) Charity Last Edited on: 9/3/09 6:53 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

I found this site because of a posting on Amazon. It was in one of those chat things at the bottom so I gues it's okay. |
