Hi everyone, in a personal message I  noticed when I clicked on the name of a person I had sent a book to that I get one of those "webpage not available" messages. Does this mean this person does not have a profile? Is that possible to not have a profile or is it somehow set to private? I know you can set your bookshelf and wishlist to private, but I didn't know you could set profile to not be seen.  I have never encountered this before and I was curious. I know it is not a clitch on my end because I can see everyone else's profile. Thanks in advance for your input!

That's a bug. If the member has everything set to private, then you should still get a page with very little info, not a "page not found". You can report this to PBS by using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Make sure to tell them which member's profile is causing the error.

PBS has been working on the editor these past few days.  (They are trying to get it to work with more browsers.  This is why the spell check and the link button have been disappearing and returning.)  This change includes the profile editor.  I'm wondering if this is a side effect.
