I was printing a bunch of wrappers last night and just before the last one, I ran out of money. So I went to the kiosk and bought some PBS money and came back and printed the last wrapper, BUT I forgot to change to printable postage. I didn't even look at it last night, but this morning as I was wrapping the books, I realized the last one did not have the postage on it.  I went back and tried to change it to printable postage but it wouldn't take. I clicked on the PBS postage and DC box, but it didn't ask me if I wanted to buy postage and when I reprinted the wrapper, it was just the same, no postage.

Does anyone know, is there a way to change to printable postage, or am I just sunk on this one and have to go to the post office? I've gotten really spoiled with the printable postage and haven't had to go to the P.O. in weeks.

Thanks for any info,

Leslie

Hmm. If the money had been transferred you should have been able to use the printed postage again.  I've done this before. Printed the wrapper and decided afterwards that I didn't want to go to the post office. So I reprinted and added the PBS postage.  It let me do it with no problem. Did your money transfer go through?  It doesn't always happen right away.  If the credit card company server, the PBS transfer server thingy or Paypal were behind or having problems it could take awhile. I think it even gives that warning that funds may not be immediately available.

That must have been it! I just tried it again and it worked.  Thanks for the info Mary. I guess I just need to be persistent, or patient LOL
