When I use the custom delivery confirmation label feature, the labels are small-  small overall size,  small printing-everything is small.  Since I just starting using DC I thought that was the way it was until I started getting packages with DC labels and they are the same size as the regular wrapper.  Is there a sizing option that I am missing?  Any help would be appreciated.

The post office clerks have questioned why some of my labels are so small and not the same size as my other labels.  BTW- my PO staff really like the PBS mailing labels.

I saw something in the help docs about this, and it said that they all print out the same size.  I don't know because I use printed postage so it always looks the same.  Maybe it is a setting for print options on your computer?

There might be a setting on your printer properties options. I don't use the PBS labels, but for PayPal I know that the type of document the label comes up as is a PDF file. On my printer, there are different options for how PDF files print out. You may accidentally have it set to "Print whole page" or something like that, which would make the label print smaller to fit the rest of the page for printing.

Also, check to see if you change the orientation setting from Portrait to Landscape might make a difference.

LaVonne,

A couple other members and I were having a chat about this, and here is what we noticed:

IE and FF give us the same size label when printing for an order.

FF label is smaller when printing for Custom DC.  I have a PC and one of the other members has a Mac, so that doesn't seem to enter into it.  I have no idea WHY this is, I only know that it IS..and I just had it happen again when I was printing lables this weekend, so I know it's not my imagination. ;-)

Beth, thanks for your information.  I  think using IE may be the answer.  I just printed a custom DC using IE instead of FF and I got the larger size label.   I will use IE for all future custom labels.

Okay, I have to print out a CD label now in PDF format.

On the Print screen there is a scrolling button under Page Scaling:

it says:

None

Fit to Paper

Shrink large pages

Choose   None.

It prints out slightly larger.
