I received a book that was covered in stains about a week ago and marked it with a problem.  How long would you wait when you haven't heard back from the other person who posted the book? Its been almost a week since I reported the book had a problem.

Sometimes you never hear back. Let pbs know this though.

Definitely contact PBS to let them know that the sender has not responded to the RWAP. There are times when PBS may determine this as tacit agreement and refund the credit to you.

You can go into your Transaction Archive and indicate that the sender has not resolved the problem.

Chiming in to agree that you should let PBS know...we are supposed to respond to PMs within 3-5 days.

When I post a book as a problem, in my PM on that page, I give a date to hear from them by or I will mark it unresolved.  If I do not hear from them, I immediately contact PBS.

Responding to a RWAP is the one time a member is required to answer a PM.  They don't have to agree or refund your credit, but they must respond.
