Another good example of why plastic underwrap is a wise investment, especially heading into the wet season.
If the package was wet, it is properly marked "Received - Damaged by USPS".
You should not ask for a credit back. Damage from the Post Office falls into the category of "too bad, so sad" as far as your credit goes.
If it were me, I would PM the other member and let them know that the book ogt wet during mailing and that they should consider wrapping the book in plastic before they mail them out.
