This is my first problem book. She had 3 Touched by an Angel books.  I requested 2. She sent one I requested and one I hadn't requested.

When it says was the book received, do I click on, Not Received Yet or Yes but with a problem. I'm not sure which has Received the wrong book under it. I don't want to leave it to her to decide whether to refund the creidt by entering the wrong thing.

Thanks so much,

Nancy

If you did not receive the book you requested you do NOT mark it received. You will let it go lost unless the sender gets the correct book sent to you.

You should communicate with the sender to work out getting the book you received back to her or to a correct requester if she mixed up books (at the senders expense of course) and get the correct book to you.

you should mark the one that you recieved that is correct as recieved but do nothing with the one that was not received.  When it times out you will get your credit back.  PM and tell what happened and ask if she can send you the correct book.  When/If you get the correct book, do mark it recieved.

I would send the book you did not order back if she provided a credit to cover the cost of mailing back.  Otherwise I would not send it back.

Thanks. I pm'd her what happened. They are small kids books so I don't know if she would want to pay a credit to get it back but I'll be happy to return it if she does.
