I just posted a WL book . The requesting member had this WL on auto-request . I accepted the request and chose "I can mail later" as I will be dropping it in the mail Monday.

This requestor has their account on hold. How exactly does this work now? Of course, I have no clue if their account is on hold for 1 day or for 6 months. LOL

I had just never run into this before and was curious. If their account remains on hold, will I still receive a credit?

You can always use the PBS DC to get your quick credit as soon as the barcode is scanned.

Yep, I had my account on hold for several months over the winter as I just couldn't afford to send any books, but I had saved up over 100 credits so had my wishlist all auto-requested. So it doesn't necessarily mean they're actually away, although this being summer, it is the season for vacations. :)
