Hi! I don't know if anyone can help me, but several years ago (early 2000's) I was told I just had to read this book! I have forgotten the title and author. The only thing I remember is that it's about magic and witches and has romance in it. It had a white cover with a cottage in the background.

I know it's a long shot.....does anyone have any ideas??
