Has anyone else gotten the message maintenance check back later when logging on to your account? I keep getting it I can access everything but my account info. So I can't let people know I've received their books or that I've shipped their books. I sent an email to the people that run the site but I'm just curious if I was the only one. For anyone that has ordered from me withine the last week all orders were mailed today other than that I don't know what else to do...

Just hit your refresh button when you see it. It's all cleared up now.

keeps saying the stupid message. I notified some people that I mailed their books but hopefully they'll let me know how to do the rest soon if this isnt fixed

You may need to clear your browser history too, that's what cleared it up for me.

It still won't let me in and I got notices about marking books mailed and I mailed everything out yesterday I sent thme another email hopefully they have an answer to my problem :-)

Do a hard refresh by holding down the ctrl key when you do it.

I'm still getting the maintenace message!!  I use Netscape and if I go to Internet Explorer I get on.   I've tried refresh and that

didn't work soooo  I guess Explorer is the way to go until PBS finishes up.  This has been going on since Monday night for me.

Robert said it should be fixed now over in the CMTs

thanks everyone for helping I was finally able to access it and they had already marked my books as mailed :-) had me worried for a little bit
