Right as I was printing the order, the order itself got canceled. But I was charged for the fee. The website didn't give me the money for it back. How do I get it back?
You should use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to send an email to site admins.
That shouldn't be possible. I would contact PBS about this.
Go to the bottom right corner of any page here. Under "company" click on "contact us" then use the Feedback option (not the e-mail).
