I received a trade copy of Fern Michaels' UNDER THE RADAR in error with an order from my book club, e-mailed them and they said I could keep it, etc. Haven't read her since she was writing Silhouette Romances 20+ years ago, and I see that this book seems to be the last/latest in her "Sisterhood" series. Yeah, my luck to get the 13th of 13 books.

My question is is it worth reading it? Not so much re the quality of the writing but that because it's the newest of a lengthy series, how much spoiler is there in each book? is it better to start at the beginning???? If so I'm not going to bother, I'll just pass the book on or donate it to the library.

(edited to add that I didn't bother going to her website, but would rather depend on the opinions of the Sisterhood HERE)

I enjoy Fern Michael's books.  They can be read individually since it's mainly the characters that are recurring in the books not a plot line.  Why not read it and then pass it on.

Resurrecting the thread a moment to say I requested the first book in the series from the library. Read one chapter and wished I could have the gas back that I wasted going to the library to fetch it. I left the "freebie" book on the library sale cart when I returned the first book, WEEKEND WARRIORS. Not my cuppa.
