I could've swore that if there were RCs on a transaction, they showed in the transaction details. Am I right?

I had my first RWAP and the member marked that the book didn't meet her RCs. But the RCs aren't showing in the transaction details and I know that if she had RCs and the book didn't meet them I would not have shipped it.

Her pm says. "Thanks for sending the book. The condition was not as good as I had expected. The pages are very yellow and the spine and cover show some damage."

Of course the book has yellow pages, it's a 28 year old book and the damage she is talking about is a cover tear near the spine, no wider than my pinky fingernail. I checked this book carefully.

So how can I find out what the RCs were?

Don't you have to accept the RC's before agreeing to ship the book in the first place?!

It has been a few weeks since I sent a book with one and I have only had one. But I thought that the RC's was in big red letters and I had to agree to them or not agree before doing anything else.

If she had any RCs then they would definitely show up in the transaction details. It sounds like she just marked it RWAP so that she could complain about how old the book is. Does she want her credit back?

Agreed. I don't remember RCs with this particular book and nothing is showing in the transaction archive. I'm going to cut & paste the posting guidelines b/c the book was postable. I'll include the transaction archive details as well. I'm not planning on offering the credit back, I can't find where I did anything wrong. And she didn't ask for a refund.

Thanks for the replies.

PBS can tell if she had requestor conditions or not.

Never mind, I found my answer in the help docs.

Another question on this. When I go to transaction archives, the broken red check mark shows but there isn't anything that says problem resolved or not.

I know in the past I marked a water damaged book RWAP and it had a "problem resolved" link. So is this something that only shows up for the person sending the book?

I would like to know if the issue is resolved but I haven't heard back from the other member and I don't want to pm her needlessly.

The recipient of the RWAP book gets the option to resolve the problem resolved. The sender does not.
