Question for the POSTAL Guy.   Can you "return to sender" on an unopened media mail package?

Not the postal guy but.... you can refuse any piece of mail. If it is unopened, there is no charge to you for refusing the mail. Media mail would be returned to sender and return postage charged to get the package back. If you open any part of a piece of mail, you need to put postage on it to send it. patti
