I marked a book RWP last week & send a PM to the sender asking for my credit back (the book was missing pages). I have not heard back from the sender, but her account says it's on hold (and has said that ever since I sent my PM). In the help section it instructs you to give feedback if you haven't heard back after a week, but she may not be checking her PBS account. So, should I wait to send feedback about whether the problem has been resolved? If I do wait to give feedback, how long should I wait? It is conceivable that her account could remain on hold for weeks, months... Thanks in advance for any advice! |

I am a patient person who is not credit poor, so I would probably wait for 15 days instead of 7 in a case where their account was on hold since the PM was sent. Especially this time of year with spring breaks and people starting to move from winter to summer homes. But if the account wasn't on hold when I sent the first PM, I would be contacting R&R on day 8. Kerry |

I'd tend to agree with what Julie said...the rules say contact R&R if no response in 7 days, they may not do anything if you wait to contact them until say day 15... Christy |
